Stereoscopic view

For this option you need a video card with quad-buffer stereo like nVidia Quadro or ATI FireGL and shutter glasses.

The application is tested on OS (WinXP and OpenSuse 10.2) and video cards (ATI FireGL 2, Nvidia Quadro FX 1400). On WinXp there is a problem with SWING (flickers), WinXp can't provide the stereo effect just on a window (just for all screen). On linux (after a properly xorg.conf configured) the stereoscopic option work properly.

Default, the eyes distance is 6.9 cm. The Page_UP key increase this distance (the new value is shown in the south panel at info) and Page_DOWN key decrease it.
